Acadiana's Aidan Eshelman Named TCL Player of the Week

The Texas Collegiate League has announced Acadiana Cane Cutters infielder Aidan Eshelman as the Week Three Player of the Week after an outstanding all-around performance that helped power the Cane Cutters to another successful week on the diamond.

Eshelman was a constant presence on the bases and in the middle of the Acadiana offense, posting a remarkable .450 batting average while reaching base at a .633 clip and slugging .600. Over the course of the week, he collected nine hits, drove in 11 runs, drew seven walks, and was hit by a pitch three times.

The dynamic infielder showcased both power and speed, adding a double, a triple, and six stolen bases while creating scoring opportunities every time he stepped into the batter's box.

Whether delivering key hits, driving in runs, or wreaking havoc on the basepaths, Eshelman consistently found ways to impact games and played a major role in Acadiana's success throughout the week.

Congratulations to Aidan Eshelman and the Acadiana Cane Cutters on an outstanding week!
