TCL Pitcher of the Week: Colby Diaz (Victoria Generals)
The Texas Collegiate League is proud to announce Victoria Generals right-hander Colby Diaz as the TCL Pitcher of the Week, presented by Southern Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.
Diaz was electric in his latest outing, tossing six shutout innings en route to a dominant 1-0 record on the week. The Generals ace allowed just three hits while striking out a season-high 10 batters, keeping opposing hitters off balance from the first pitch to the last.
His precision and poise on the mound helped lift Victoria to a crucial win as they continue their push toward the postseason. Diaz’s stellar performance not only secured a victory for the Generals but firmly established him as one of the top arms in the league this summer.
