Texas Collegiate League Unveils Exciting 2025 Schedule

November 18, 2024 – The Texas Collegiate League (TCL) is excited to announce the official schedule for the 2025 season. This year’s slate promises thrilling matchups, regional rivalries, and a summer of competitive baseball as teams vie for the coveted TCL championship.

The 2025 season will feature 48 regular-season games per team, with action beginning on June 3rd and concluding in late July. Each team will play 24 home games, providing fans with numerous opportunities to enjoy high-level collegiate baseball in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Opening night will kick off with standout matchups, including the Acadiana Cane Cutters visiting the Lake Charles Gumbeaux Gators at Joe Miller Ballpark, the Brazos Valley Bombers taking on the Baton Rouge Rougarou, and the Victoria Generals traveling to face the Seguin River Monsters. These games set the tone for an exhilarating season filled with talent and passion.

Notable games on the calendar include:

  • July 4th Festivities: A special holiday showdown featuring the Brazos Valley Bombers and Baton Rouge Rougarou.
  • Rivalry Highlights: The "Battle of 337" series between Lake Charles and Acadiana promises continued excitement after a competitive inaugural season for the Gators.
  • Fan-Favorite Promotions: Teams across the league will host events like Christmas in July, Star Wars Night, and Fireworks Fridays to enhance the ballpark experience.
